As Events & Operations Manager at NEXGEN, I led the strategy, planning, marketing, and production of the company's annual 3-day User Conference in Sacramento, in both 2024 and 2025.

I oversaw full program design, agenda, registration, venue management, food and beverage, decor, entertainment events, run of show, and seamless on-site execution for a 3-day experience consisting of 100 attendees.
